The shaped piece of fabric that runs from the neck to the shoulders and stretches across the top back of a shirt. It conforms to the shoulder gradient and uses it like a thick hanger, draping the front and back of the shirt over the body, creating an elegant, flowing shape to the garment.

SINGLE YOKE WITH CENTER BOX PLEAT

It is the panel of fabric that is just behind the collar that goes over the tops of the shoulders. A piece of cloth is cut from the same material used to make the rest of the shirt, and sown together. A center box pleat adds 2” of fabric to increase range of motion moving forward. Used for our tailored fit shirts.
FULL LENGTH CENTER BOX PLEAT

This is our enhancement of the traditional side darts. Instead of side darts, we moved the excess of the fabric to the center to increase range of motion on slim fit shirts. Used for our slim fit shirts.
